Welcome to CASIP
Welcome to our new website! CASIP is the first user-led self injury project based in Cardiff for adults over 18 years, care givers and healthcare professionals. We run a support group which has the capacity to cater for 15 adults once a week when it meets on a Wednesday evening between 7 - 9pm in Cardiff.
There are a range of fun activities which are run by the volunteers and supporting organisations. CASIP has an open-minded and non-judgemental approach to supporting adults who self injure.

Anyone who wishes to join CASIP must first be referred by a health professional or organisation. Visit our services page for more information or download a referral form now!
We have a forum which has a range of discussion topics for you to get involved with, along with threads on distraction techniques and a creative corner.
The forum is run by our moderators and CASIP. It does not condone any pro-activity or encourage anyone to hurt themselves in any way. We have rules in place to ensure that our members stay safe.

CASIP will be closed over the summer break from 8th July until 8th September 2010. We will be available for contact in that time as usual - via our website, forum and email.
