How do new group members get involved with CASIP?
New group members need to be referred through a healthcare professional or organisation and then met informally by 2 CASIP core members before joining the group. This is because CASIP does not have a trained counsellor.
A referral form can be downloaded by clicking on the button below. Print the form, complete it and return to the address provided.
The referral form is a PDF file. AdobeĀ® ReaderĀ® is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
